Changes Are Afoot!

Saying things like “Changes Are A Foot” is right up there with “The Door Is A Jar” and “What’s That In The Road, A Head?” – it can mean so many different things! In our case it means we are re-vamping the content and presentation of GoFlow Streaming TV.

We are making some changes to how our channel operates both technically and with respect to content. During this transition some of our usually seamless Roku menu functions may get a bit wibbly-wobbly (that’s a technical term) or visually confused (which is, unfortunately, how some us dress) but we assure you, GoFlow is here to stay and once these internal changes have been properly implemented we trust your viewing experience with GoFlow TV will be transformed for the better.

So enjoy our continuing lineup of movies, TV shows and web series. There’s more to come!

B. J. Fletcher: Private Eye

Posted onCategoriesShowcase

Hey There!

In addition to our growing library of feature films GoFlow Streaming TV is starting to show more web series. These are independent productions that are changing the landscape of what defines cinema and television. The creators of these shows are finding new ways of reaching and engaging with audiences outside of the mainstream entertainment industry and we at GoFlow are pleased to be part of that journey.

One of the first web series we are sharing with you is a comedy inspired by Murder, She Wrote; Magnum P.I.; and (wait for it) Laverne and Shirley.

B. J. Fletcher: Private Eye has been described as a wicked awesome web series about the investigatorial shenanigans of private detective Beatrix Jane Fletcher (B.J. – as played by Lindy Zucker) and her best friend and assistant, Georgia Drew (George – played by Dana Puddicombe).

It’s a rollercoaster ride of action, comedy and drama as B. J. Fletcher follows its dynamic female duo grappling with everything from running surveillance to going undercover to dealing with their often complex feelings for one another. It’s more than just a goofy satire on hard-boiled detectives; B. J. Fletcher also possesses an emotional core that we think will surprise and delight you.

Although the genre now boasts a wealth of new and established shows, B. J. Fletcher was one of the original lesbian web series, and it won the 2008 web series competition run by AfterEllen.com.

The creator of the series, Regan Latimer, will be joining us for an in-depth discussion on the making of B. J. Fletcher; her role as writer and director; and to share her insights on the ever changing independent cinema and web scene.

We’re looking forward to sharing all that and plenty more so be sure to subscribe to GoFlow Streaming TV.
